The Chain of Responsibility Level 1 & 2 course is designed to train participants with the knowledge and skills required to ensure and monitor the safety of transport activities in accordance with regulatory standards. This comprehensive training program encompasses the below two courses, providing a holistic understanding of the Chain of Responsibility (CoR) principles within the transport industry.

  • TLIF0009 – Ensure the safety of transport activities (Chain of Responsibility)
  • TLIF0014 – Monitor the safety of transport activities (Chain of Responsibility)

 

Upon completion of the Chain of Responsibility Level 1 & 2 course, participants will:

  • Understand the legal and regulatory framework of the Chain of Responsibility.
  • Be able to identify and assess risk factors in transport activities.
  • Implement strategies to ensure the safety and compliance of transport operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate safety measures within the Chain of Responsibility context.
  • Effectively communicate CoR responsibilities to relevant stakeholders

Students who are deemed competent will receive a Statement of Attainment for TLIF0009 – Ensure the safety of transport activities (Chain of Responsibility) and TLIF0014 – Monitor the safety of transport activities (Chain of Responsibility). This is recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework. This certification is nationally recognised. The Statement is issued by Link Resources Pty Ltd (RTO 45483).

Course delivery

Face to face training and assessment is conducted at one of Link Resources purpose built training facilities. Upon arrangement, training and assessment can be conducted on-site at the premises of industry clients providing there a suitable infrastructure and industry training facilities.
