Soil compaction roller training course Australia civil construction machinery operator training

Course details

Compaction is foundational to civil construction. Every road, pavement, and earthworks project depends on it being done correctly. On most civil sites, roller operators are expected to hold nationally recognised competency before working independently. Without it, employment eligibility and site access can be at risk.

RIIMPO317F — Conduct Roller Operations is the nationally recognised unit for compaction plant operators across civil infrastructure. Link Resources delivers this 3-day practical course at training facilities across Queensland, South Australia, Victoria, and Tasmania. You’ll cover everything from pre-start checks and safe operating techniques to compaction patterns, equipment faults, and site documentation — assessed to the national standard by qualified industry assessors.
