The Sunshine Coast is one of Queensland’s fastest growing regions, with a residential construction and renovation pipeline that regularly brings workers into contact with older properties containing bonded asbestos materials. Cement sheeting, textured coatings, and vinyl floor tiles installed before 1990 are present across residential and light commercial buildings throughout the region. SafeWork Queensland requires anyone removing non-friable asbestos in the workplace to be supervised by, or hold, a Class B asbestos removal licence.
Link Resources delivers CPCCDE3028 Remove non-friable asbestos on the Sunshine Coast as a practical, one-day face-to-face course at our Warana facility. You will leave with a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment and the knowledge to plan, prepare, and carry out non-friable asbestos removal safely and in compliance with Queensland WHS legislation.
