Angela Bradby (Chief Executive Officer)
Angela Bradby founded Link Resources in 2013 after identifying a need in the market for an end-to-end Human Resources service business that actually understands and can meet the demands of the Resources Sector and Heavy Industry. As Chief Executive Officer of Link Resources, Ange manages the business whilst focusing primarily on strategic growth in partnership with our key clients. Ange has over 13 years experience in industry, with over 10 years of that being within the Oil & Gas Industry and is well known in industry for her integrity, innovation and efficiency in delivering high value outcomes to clients.
Prior to founding Link Resources, Ange was a Director of Baseline Training & Consulting; the key privately owned Registered Training Organisation in the Australian Onshore Oil & Gas Industry. During her 6 years with Baseline, Ange managed the day-to-day operations of the business while determining and driving the strategic direction of the business, which subsequently led to the acquisition of Baseline by Corporate Protection Australia in 2013.
Ange has been heavily involved in the development, implementation, and delivery of products and services to numerous clients including, but not limited to: Arrow Energy, QGC, Origin Energy, AGL, ConoccoPhillips, Beach Energy, Westside Corporation, BHP, Savanna Energy, Saxon, Weatherford, SWMS, Cudd Energy, Easternwell Group, Atlas Drilling, Lucas Drilling, TDC, Wallis Drilling, Queensland Drilling Services, Spaulding Drillers, WDS / Titeline, Halliburton, Schlumberger, Trican, Gasfield Services and many more. Ange brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Link Resources and our clients.
Tiffany Irving (Quality & Compliance Manager)
Tiffany Irving co-founded Link Resources in 2013. Tiff’s skills are utilised to run the technical operations of Link Resources with a strong focus on quality & compliance of the business during a time of rapid growth. Tiff has extensive experience in health, safety, environment, quality and human resources compliance and is recognised in the industry for her technical knowledge, practical approach, and efficiency.
Prior to starting Link Resources, Tiff was the Corporate Health, Safety & Environment Manager with Terrex Seismic, working in the Oil & Gas Industry with key proponents including but not limited to Santos, Senex, Origin Energy, QGC, Arrow Energy, Beach Energy, Buru Energy, BHP, Rio Tinto and many more. Reporting directly to the CEO, Tiffany managed a team of over fifteen (15) HSE Coordinators & Advisors and was responsible for all Health, Safety and Environmental matters for the entire business. During her time here she successfully reduced the All Injury Frequency rate by 65% in 2013 using a range of strategies including strengthening the recruitment process, introducing HSE campaigns, improving injury management processes, and proactive behavioural safety approaches.
Tiffany has also worked in Quality & Compliance, Health, Safety & Environment and Human Resources Management and Advisory roles with BHP, Komatsu, Ergon Energy, Unity Water, Dominion Drilling, Copperchem Mine and Management Training Corporation (Borrallon Correctional Centre). In these roles Tiff oversaw the implementation of several highly successful systems and led campaigns in behavioural safety, leadership, injury management, drug and alcohol, heat stress and many more. In addition she has been heavily involved in Management Systems, Consultancy, Project Management and implementation of personnel at major projects throughout the oil & gas, mining, construction and manufacturing sectors.
Tiffany has a broad knowledge base gained from over 12 years of experience in Quality, Compliance, Health, Safety, Environment and Human Resources. The protection of people and assets has always been her key focus, and this commitment is now being utilised in managing the technical aspects of the business and establishing Link Resources as a key supplier in industry.
Mark McKnight (Business Manager)
Mark McKnight joined as a Director, Shareholder and Business Manager for Link Resources in 2018 to lead Link Resources into a significant growth phase and expansion into education and training, consulting and providing equipment. Since being appointed into this role Mark has been heavily involved in the development, implementation, and delivery of products and services to numerous clients throughout Australia (including the initial registration of Link Resources Training Pty Ltd RTO Provider Number 45483). Mark has successfully aligned Link Resources with multiple government departments and led the regional expansion of the business resulting in the rapid expansion on Link Resources throughout 2018 and into 2019.
As the Business Manager of Link Resources, Mark manages the day to day operations of the business including business development & customer service, coordination, quality & compliance, human & physical resources, financial reporting and scheduling & coordination.
Prior to joining Link Resources, Mark has gained extensive experience in Recruitment, Consulting, Safety and Training over the last 7 years. Mark is a highly skilled and well-regarded business manager with proven skills and ability in building & leading high performing teams, managing client relationships and developing & implementing strategic plans to sustainably grow small to medium businesses.
Wayne Hooper (Training Manager)
Wayne Hooper (Hoops) has been an integral leader in Link Resources since 2016. With extensive experience in Education, Training and Rescue, Hoops’ skills are utilised to manage the Trainers & Course Materials of Link Resources with a strong focus on delivering the highest quality training and maintaining compliance with the multiple regulators governing our business operations. Hoops has extensive experience in vocational education & training compliance and is recognised in the industry for his technical knowledge, practical approach, and his ability to engage learners.
Prior to joining Link Resources, Hoops was the Director – Training with Baseline Training & Consulting, working nationally across various industries including (but not limited to): Oil & Gas, Mining, Infrastructure, Civil, Construction, Utilities, Power Generation. Reporting directly to the General Manager, Wayne managed a team of over forty (40) Trainers / Assessors and was responsible for all Professional Development and Subject Matter Expertise for Course Resources for the entire business.
With 22 years Military (Army & Navy) experience and over 17 years Vocational Education & Training experience; Hoops brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to Link Resources and our valued clients / partners. With experience as a Navy Clearance Diver; Hoops innately manages risk in critical situations and his diverse skills / knowledge are now utilised in managing Trainers / Assessors and delivering new products allowing Link Resources to establish itself as the highest quality provider in industry.
Suzanne Strong (Operations Manager)
Since 2019 Suzanne Strong has been leading our high performing Operations Team. Suzanne brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and skills in both the Operations and Compliance areas of the business. As the Operations Manager, she is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the business including business development & customer service, coordination, quality & compliance, human & physical resources, financial reporting and scheduling & coordination.
Suzanne is very well respected and connected in industry and brings a new skill set to Link Resources with a particular interest in the implementation of systems to manage our day to day operations and create efficiencies that will result in a better experience for our clients and trainers.
Prior to joining Link Resources, Suzanne has performed in managerial Operations and Compliance roles within the VET sector for over 18 years. Having worked with Broadspectrum Training Services (Easternwell Group), Training Prospects, Busy at Work, Department of Education & Training and TAFE Queensland; Suzanne has a unique, diverse skill set working across various industries including Oil & Gas, Mining, Corrections, Aged Care and Hospitality. Suzanne has managed teams of over thirty (30) Trainers / Assessors / Subject Matter Experts and twelve (12) Support Personnel. Suzanne has previously managed multi-faceted projects with complex funding and reporting requirements at the State and National level. Suzanne has a passion for implementing automated and digital solutions to assist with reducing the business environmental footprint.
